The 19.95 charge is a bit misleading. They add insurance in my case 15.00 plus 1.00 per mile and of course there are taxes too. Staff was helpful and curious.

CHRISTIAN WOur drop off was after hours so we used the 24/7 drop off feature and had no issues finding a place to drop the trailer.
JOHN WAuto hauler trailer was not inspected for safe use. After the dealer hooked up the trailer there was no testing of the lights for brake, flashers, turn signals, etc. Tires were extremely problematic with one tire at only 26psi vs the 65psi stated on the tire. The tire in front of it on the driver's side was overinflated to 69psi and this tire stated a psi of 50 psi max. On the rear passenger side tire was a bent rim. The driver's side tires were an accident waiting to happen if we had not caught it before having driven it at highway speeds. This was discovered after loading the car on the trailer and pointed out to the dealer (who would not assist with getting the car onto the trailer) and he would do nothing about it and told me UHaul means you're on your own He told me to call UhAul roadside assistance for the tire problems.
