Hard to imagine how Brent’s operation could be improved. His is a well-maintained and clean facility. I’ve rented from him before and he’s always prepared and helpful. I will plan to use him again for sure.

JERRY PMy entire reservation was mixed up three times and showed as canceled when I went to pick up my cargo van. There was no one to help with getting the van ready and answer any questions I might have. Also I think 99 cents per mile is excessive as budget rental fees are half that amount. I will not use U-Haul rental again.
