The size of truck I needed was not available and so I had to take a very large one. It was not ideal for me and added extra stress to the drive. Other than that, I was happy with the experience.

No one was there at 1:30pm on a Saturday…. Maybe it would have been a better experience if some one was there , but I figured it out on the app and left it on the lot.

Orlando RIt was far from my drop for my moms apt location but that was not the drop off location people it was the U-Haul phone people telling me where to drop off twenty minutes drive as I saw other places I might of been able to drop off the trailer Like they sent me far as a joke ?? But the people that I dealt with in person were great
