They didn’t catch that my 2” drop hitch was too low for the profile of my Telluride. My neighbor had to help me flip the hitch over into a 2” lift. It is impossible to do this without them right tools.

The manager was great. He backed the 26' truck and trailer into a tight space when I needed to return the 12' box trailer. He was very patient and helped us close out the long distance move from Wisconsin to Utah. Thanks again!
kevin eThe size of truck I needed was not available and so I had to take a very large one. It was not ideal for me and added extra stress to the drive. Other than that, I was happy with the experience.
