Two yes & a excellent - how can you improve
AL SNothing needs improvement. Everything went well. The staff was very quick, helpful and courteous. The location was easy to get to and had exactly what we needed.
Celeste MAttendant wasn’t particularly helpful or kind. I was in a rush and on an important phone call and had already entered everything I needed to online for a quick pick up. I was also the only person in the store. The employee refused to speak with me until I got off my call. After I hung up on the client the employee asked for my name, I gave him my first name and he said I wasn’t in the system. Then I gave him my last name to try. He responded with something like, “why would you give someone your first name when they ask you for your name?” It just made the whole process more difficult than it’s been for me with other locations.
Cooper WI really enjoy using this location. The proprietors are always friendly and courteous and very accommodating. They run an auto repair shop as their main business but they always have what I need for my occasional rentals. There are many UHaul locations in St. George but this location is easy, convenent and friendly.
