I have had good rental experiences in the past with U-Haul. This was not the case on this occasion. When we arrived at St George Outdoors at 9am when the store was scheduled to open, there were no employees at the location. After an almost 30 minute wait (with a few other customers) we called the U-Haul main line and rescheduled to pick up the truck at Sunset Rentals. When we arrived at Sunset, the system was down and the manager was unable to process our rental. After about an hour wait, the manager found a work-around to be able to get the truck rented to us. The manager at Sunset was good, but he did not have control over the system.
