Not this location's fault but it was stressful to have the check engine light come on 15 minutes into my trip. Called UHaul, they gave me the go ahead to continue my trip. Everything went well. Appreciate how pleasant everyone was.

Vicky VHard to imagine how Brent’s operation could be improved. His is a well-maintained and clean facility. I’ve rented from him before and he’s always prepared and helpful. I will plan to use him again for sure.

JERRY PMy entire reservation was mixed up three times and showed as canceled when I went to pick up my cargo van. There was no one to help with getting the van ready and answer any questions I might have. Also I think 99 cents per mile is excessive as budget rental fees are half that amount. I will not use U-Haul rental again.
