The manager of the site was wholly unhelpful for checking in my truck. As instructions are unclear on how to handle self check in for share sites, I had to call to figure out how to handle checking in. The only instructions that were given by the contact were "open up the computer and go to uhauls website, and put in your truck number." Firstly, he didnt even know the exact url to go to "uhaul.com/return" Dude made me feel like an idiot, and im not sure he's ever used a smart phone, acting like I was going to have a whole desktop setup in front of me in the car. Secondly, the actual website used for check in is awful and unstable. Somehow, without me finishing uploading the pictures it requires at the end of the prompt (some of which I had to upload four or five times), the site submitted my form, leading me to have to email the remaining pictures to a uhaul noc technician, who was vastly more helpful than the on site manager, but did extend my check in time to about 45 minutes, which is absolutely insane. This experience has absolutely soured my taste in uhaul, and I will be telling my friends about it. I had heard the standish location was awful, but seeing it for myself was definitely eye opening. Good help is hard to find I guess.

Your app is atrocious. It doesn't work well and times.out quickly making you start the process over. It took 45 minutes just to get the truck picked up with 2 different phone calls. Dropping it off took 25 minutes. I will never use a location without a live attendant again. I have used uhaul multiple times and this was the worst experience. Truck was great and cost was good but app is non functional. You have to go use the website to get anything done.
Audrey CMost rentals have been fine. This one was OK. The cab was a little dirty. Coffee stains and stuff in the cup holders. Otherwise it was great.
