Your app is atrocious. It doesn't work well and times.out quickly making you start the process over. It took 45 minutes just to get the truck picked up with 2 different phone calls. Dropping it off took 25 minutes. I will never use a location without a live attendant again. I have used uhaul multiple times and this was the worst experience. Truck was great and cost was good but app is non functional. You have to go use the website to get anything done.

Most rentals have been fine. This one was OK. The cab was a little dirty. Coffee stains and stuff in the cup holders. Otherwise it was great.
