1, The large, fat, overly self-impressed franchisee acts impulsively and speaks rudely like an alcoholic who is always attempting to chisel or intimidate people, 2. Customers who return bottles to him frequently indulge his fatness by letting him keep their change. Honestly: He belongs in re-hab. 3) His sycophantic helper looks and acts like he was just released from prison, and asked me indignantly if I actually wanted a paper receipt. No worries, however. You can probably absorb the losses from all of the customers whom you might've had, but have quietly lost because of these two, dysfunctional clowns. Wake up! Fire them! They truthfully and genuinely suck the big one. I won't ever be coming back

UHaul is an add-on business for this location so it is unfair to judge appearances against other UHaul sites. The staff did make it easy to turn in the trailer.

this is one of the sketchiest places i've been in a very long time, there 'office' is the redemption center warehouse full of empty bottles (it smells like a redemption center), and there are political slanders on the walls and highly unprofessional stickers on the exposed furnace. I felt a bit uncomfortable standing in the 'office' while they completed and printed my paperwork. I picked this location because it was close, i will drive out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

I was told by the personnel here that I could drop off the truck at a different location. Found out I couldn't and was charged for the extra days. I dropped the truck within the allotted time I as supposed too. BOTH places, the pickup and drop off said I was all set with the way I picked up and dropped off. I will not use uhaul again. This was wrong. I did what I was told I could do.

I ordered 24 moving blankets and called the pick up site directly twice to confirm they would have them and when we arrived thy did not have any. My wife had to call several uhaul locations and we had to drive 45 minutes out of our way to go pick them up. They did not charge us for them which was nice but it was a huge inconvenience. I will not rent from the pickup location again.

I requested 10' truck to p/up at Kezar Falls Hardware but had to go to Standish to p/up truck. I specifically wanted p/up location close by. When I got to Standish I was told U-Haul could have brought the truck to KFH. Very inconvenient. Altho staff at Standish were helpful, location was filthy. Being a redemption center the place was buried in bottles & cans and reeked of beer. It was just gross! I told the staff I was using a debit card (not credit) but he started processing my credit card anyway. I was able to stop him in time.

The truck and dolly were not at the same location even though Marc told me he was going to make sure it was. I went over the mileage because I had to pick up the dolly an hour away. It added two hours onto my time that I did not have.

It was a very busy bottle redemption center as well, so the smell of bottles and cans made it not as pleasant as other locations would be, but location was excellent for my needs.
