The reservation process was a mess. I was sent to another location that did not have the truck I needed. The $50 guarantee did not help me much. I had to paid movers to sit around for over and hour while I tried to work out a solution.

We were told one price after we used the truck 2 extra days and when I got the bill it was double.....we went to Wisconsin and when we arrived the computer said we were going to Maine and then they checked again and it said California...... I agreed to added charges of #104.00.....not $194.00....get the paperwork right and I will use you again.....but until then....I won't recommend you to anyone.....

Service writer never introduced himself (no big deal). Was frequently interrupted by phone calls, lengthening my process. He was friendly enough, just distracted. Processed the entire order, then realized the CDW was missing, so had to do it again. BOTH charges hit my credit card!

I was very displeased with the other two Uhaul locations, I had reservations days ahead only to arrive from Memphis,Tn to be directed three times before someone could find a truck the size I required. I had movers at the location all morning waiting for me to supply a truck that was reserved in advance. According to customer service rep I will be sent reimbursed 50.00 for the inconvenience, I have come a lot more out of my pocket than 50.00 to secure my help after the reservations failed twice. I would like to hear from someone about how this poor service will be rectified. *note the place that did have the Uhaul were very friendly and helpful even with all that I explained that location gave great customer service!!

When I arrived to pick up the truck and appliance dolly, I was told that an appliance dolly was not available even though I had made the reservation. The guy at Lincoln Motors let me borrow his personal dolly so it turned out to be OK.

No problem at either location with personnel the biggest problem was trying to rent the Uhaul with phone personnel. Talked with a different person each time, they had my son down for 2 rentals when he only wanted one, had to cancel both out and start over again. He was told on the phone he would get a refund if he returned the truck early only to be told he didn't. Something needs to be done with the phone workers. It was very confusing, not a good way to do business.

Not really the pickup locations fault. The truck had a blown fuse for the trailer lights. Took them an hour to find it. They didn't know I was coming and had not checked the connection until I got there and told them what I needed. You can COMMUNICATE better/faster to give them a heads-up.
