I reserved a 15' truck, when I went to pick this up, they only had 20' truck which was way too big for what I had and it also costed me way more gas than what I would have used. I called U-Haul 800 number to speak with someone to see if the truck cost could be reduced and I was told they would take $25 of my bill, (which isn't nothing since I reserved a 15') which that did not happen.! Then 2 days after I returned the truck at the location, they charged me 35.00 for gas that I had filled back up already. Asked for a Manager, he did call me back and fix this issue, which was appreciated. It was just a mess from the time I picked up the truck until now, 26 days later I'm informed that I owed for the balance of tolls that were not paid. I paid for 1 toll 2 days after it was returned, the balance came back owed 20+ days later. Just frustrating to find this all out after the fact, let alone moving and worrying about all the other stuff. I have used U-Haul in the past and had no issues, until this time. Just frustrating and thought it would have been a lot smoother all in all.
