Nothing. I had three interactions in person and one on the phone. All were excellent. The staff was kind, engaged, and helpful. I will definitely recommend this location / site to others and rent from them again!
CAMELLIA MMark is not real good with communicating with customers, from what I experienced. Mark told me that because I got the good insurance on the truck, I did not need to go through the link in my upcoming text. I got to my assigned 20 foot truck and saw that a corner of the box truck inside had an attached utility dolly and moving pads. I asked Mark about the utility dolly and the moving pads that were attached with a seal in the box of this 20’ truck. I have never seen that before and he told that all of U-Haul does this in case somebody needed those items. I told Mark that this corner took away from my ability to load items in that corner. He told me that “you have a 20 foot truck”! He then told me that I could get a larger one and I could get out of the 20 foot truck. I started to tell Mark that I would work with this truck, when he hung up on me. I didn’t try calling back.
