Representative was friendly & helpful. Vehicle was clean, well-maintained. Lot containing parked vehicles was very tight! Could not get in on driver’s side, squeezed in on other side & crawled across to driver’s side. Cab is well marked with information on operation & safety issues. Cargo area was clean. Pricing was well-explained. I neglected to ask if this truck had a ramp - it did not. Wish rep had mentioned that. Overall, a solid experience & I will rent here again.

Caroline HDropped off trailer return outside of normal hours so no staff interaction, but location is organized and provided a well marked after hours drop box for keys and documentation. UHaul has provided us good solutions to this need and previous.
