I think whatever time a person picks up a rental they should be able to return it at the same time the next day. Other than that everything else was fine.

I was over charged for mileage .I only went aprox 20 miles but was charge for 50 miles.I was told the gas tank was on full and it wasn't however I returned the van rental with a full tank of gas. I was told a manager /supervision would contact me to discuss but no one has contacted me.
Valerie CLance was extremely helpful and friendly, making the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend renting from this U-Haul!

EARL GFor some reason unknown to me or the staff at Moreland Storage, my pick up location was changed via text message to Eupora 34 miles away! I called the U-Haul Regional office and they moved it back to Starkville where there was still a trailer available.
