STEPHEN GThe back of the Uhaul needed to be sweeped out because it had a lot of stuff in it. Also all of the Trump signs are not inviting at all.

HOWARD KDropped off after hours - that location closed early compared to many other locations. To do a self-check-in you have to download the U-Haul app, which opens the door to all kinds of advertising on your phone, or you can use the U-Haul website, which, while not terribly confusing, is definitely not intuitive to find the self-return section. I ended up calling U-Haul to talk me through it. The representative I spoke with was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable, and he talked me right through the process. My only suggestion is to make the self-return process a little easier to find on the website, for those who do not wish (or do not have enough memory left) to install the app on their phone.
