My dolly was not on my truck upon arrival. Due to my pickup being in the afternoon, I was unable to get a dolly from any location. When I returned my truck Friday, the location didn’t get my truck checked in till Monday and they still charged me for a dolly they didn’t have on my truck.

Thank you for the supplies on hand. Conveniently located, very good.
LOUISE SThere was no one there. I did self check in/turn in.
GERALD PI have used this particular location for a large space rental for my sister for more than one year. I even rented a truck to bring her stored goods to her recently. Very, very good people!! I would highly recommend their goods and services. Professional and always helpful!!
Susan WThis was a frustrating experience for me - which was disappointing in light of other recent frustrating experiences. For this experience, the cab was not clean - specifically, there seemed to be pet hair in the cab which resulted in my allergies acting up. Additional, and more importantly, the truck that I was assigned had a flat tire! I took a picture of the flat and included it in my submission when I checked out the truck. As the location that I was picking up from was closed (unbeknownst to me - I had to call in a panic to be told that this was a self-check out truck), I had to drive the truck with a flat tire to two different gas stations before I found an air compressor that worked. This cost me in excess of $6 out of pocket. The delays caused by the pick-up location not being open and the flat tire resulted in me arriving late to my destination - the entire reason I rented the truck - which caused me to be assessed a $75 late fee. So now, not only am I paying almost $200 for a truck for 3.5 hours, but I am also having to address issues on the truck myself and, because of these issues, pay an additional $75 late pick-up fee. This is unacceptable - and U-Haul continues to not respond or address any concerns! Past two experiences: Twice in a row I reserved a truck and a truck was not available on the day of the rental. This resulted in delays and having to drive to other locations or pay more for a truck. I feel like U-Haul is turning into a ponzie scheme the way they continue to find new ways to nickel and dime you - the truck we told you would be available isn't available, so take this more expensive truck OR pay additional mileage to drive to a different location. You all need to do better, please.
