Drop off was on a Sunday so the place was actually closed. It kind of looks like a junkyard and it was difficult to find the drop box.

Arrived on the day of my reservation was told the system was down after waiting for almost 30 minutes so I had to leave and wait for an additional hour when I arrive back. It took him almost 30 minutes to get everything situated then I was told that the previous renter left the uhal on Empty so I was getting charged $20 for gas if I didn’t put gas in the U-Haul, which was already supposed to have gas in it. I was charged $49 for a uhal rental which part of that was for a gas charge before I even drove it.
