SANDY GWhen I dropped off the lady at desk looked as if I was bothering her. Instructions were unclear. When I asked where should I park she said anywhere with the others. She never even looked outside to verify I had the trailer or what condition it was in. This all made me nervous that if it was stolen or damaged I’d be accountable I unhooked and took a video and pics of the trailer. All she said is you’ll get an email.
Gary HWalked in to return the trailer. Worker was not friendly and instructed us to leave it in the lot. I asked if he had a jack to get the trailer off and he said no. We had to lift the trailer ourselves to get it off. It was very heavy but thankfully my husband was able to remove it.
