No person on duty. Just a video screen. Returned the vehicle with EXACTLY the same amount of fuel that was in in when I picked it up and was still charged an additional fee.

EPOLIUS DWhen confirming the reservation please mention the virtual check in process so people can plan accordingly. Also please don't offer equipment rental if you can't guarantee it will be there. The location itself had amazing customer service which is the only reason I rated it as high as I did. My overall uhaul experience was average to poor. The location itself was wonderful.
