Arrived on the day of my reservation was told the system was down after waiting for almost 30 minutes so I had to leave and wait for an additional hour when I arrive back. It took him almost 30 minutes to get everything situated then I was told that the previous renter left the uhal on Empty so I was getting charged $20 for gas if I didn’t put gas in the U-Haul, which was already supposed to have gas in it. I was charged $49 for a uhal rental which part of that was for a gas charge before I even drove it.

Joseph CThe U-Haul app needs improvements like uploading photos I spent 30 minutes trying to upload pictures which cause me to be late leaving the location and checking out felt like I’m being force to buy other items for my rental the constant pop-up of if I need to was frustrating specially with app having a slow processing time I just need to check out if I need anything it would be nice just to have it somewhere in extra add one tab instead of in the way of checking out
