The facility was closed when I dropped the truck off (it was after business hours), so I can't comment too much about the place.

I felt like at my pick up location was an Inconvenience for the staff there. I had to ask for help attaching my trailer as I have always had it done by the uhaul pick up location. There was no cable to attach for the lights. I would probably rent from someplace else next time
