The previous person did not bring in the truck on time so he called to get them to bring it in. That was very helpful.

The truck was fine. I’d paid extra for a dolly and blankets but did not get them. I requested mobile pick up but instead had to go inside and wait for gas station clerk to give me keys which took over an hour because he had to check out every customer that came in.

MARK CThe didn’t have the truck I wanted or a dolly, I had to rent a dolly from Lowe’s. It also took 30 min for them to figure out my reservation. Very bad U-Haul experience. Would not recommend.
