Send 1 correct bill, rather than 5. Plus a wrong drop off location charge, incorrectly charged, as it was the correct drop off location. And no email showing the charge reversal for the wrong location. Hauled 1500 lbs on a trailer rated for 6845 lbs and the wheels rubbed the inner fenders. Over size tires? Suspension issue?
