We had trouble at every turn with this truck . We reserved for Odenville we had to go to steel to get them they said it was canceled! Then I pad krpt going down after we called go U-Haul then ready to swipe card compurter went down told to come back next day she saved it got there the next day and wasn’t saved . Then tried to return truck they said return to Springville not Dadeville or Alex city . But we tried to return it I Tuesday night self check in could not get a operated at go U-Haul called Wednesday morning to get turned it go U-Haul said they had it to go to depot pawn and gun in Alex city we got there and nope had to call again Go U haul finally got it turned in but was charged a xtra $100 for mileage!! Very very difficult and disappointing!!
