That business is just weird. I don't know how else to describe it. Very odd. Someone from U-Haul should visit, and you will see what I mean.

this place was a dump. old beaten cars everywhere and felt like I was in a junkyard. there weren't signs for anything and I walked around the whole building looking for a key box before putting it through a slot on a random door that has zero information on it

William AHard to get in and out of with a trailer. The trailer didn’t have a jack so It took 3 guys to attach it to my truck. I blew out a tire on the highway. The bright spot was how great the customer service was when it happened. I had a guy there within 20 min and on my way in 30 min.
