This location need better costumer service and they need to open on time
William AHard to get in and out of with a trailer. The trailer didn’t have a jack so It took 3 guys to attach it to my truck. I blew out a tire on the highway. The bright spot was how great the customer service was when it happened. I had a guy there within 20 min and on my way in 30 min.
Frederick LThe parking area was gravel with huge ruts and potholes to avoid. It was also very crowded with low-end cars that made it difficult to turn around and park. The gentleman working there was helpful and we appreciated getting the discount to return it there instead of in Reston, so would still recommend.
Lisa CThe checkout took nearly an hour after waiting ten minutes for the manager to return for my checkout APPOINTMENT, despite my having completed all of the checkout forms electronically. This compares with a recent, ten minute checkout at a similar uhaul business nearby. The lot was cluttered and the lane leading to equipment were clogged with equipment and assorted stuff. Parking was difficult and the door leading to the uhaul office was obscured by equipment and in cramped disarray. I won’t use this location again.
