Jon KWe dropped off after hours. We had to call to find the drop off box for the key. We were unsure if there were other steps necessary to complete the drop off. It would be helpful if the app had a function that you could get a time stamp for your drop off. Otherwise, you don’t know if your drop off was recorded for the correct day and time and that you won’t get charged extra when the location is closed.
