They didn’t close out my rental before giving it to someone else. Now they are trying to say I owe them $5500 for their fuck up. I was told on 8.12.25 they would review this and they had 72 hrs to get back to me. Guess what NOTHING! Haven’t heard from anyone! I’m getting my lawyer involved. They have security camera that will show we returned the unit. Not my fault they can’t do their job right!
