I had a reservation to pickup a rental van at a different location just down the street from VIP Storage. The original location was a dump and the guy running the place was extremely rude. The office is very tidy and the lady working the front desk was very nice and the reservation check in process was a breeze. I am very grateful for VIP Storage.

The Lady was very courteous.
RICKY FAir conditioning did not work properly. Would not allow tow/haul to be turned off thereby causing reduced fuel efficiency. Location and personnel excellent, mechanical sub par.
