DEBBIE BThe U-Haul app puts all the work on the consumer. It is onerous to make use and takes far to long. If I am going to do all the work checking out and returning a vehicle then I should receive a sizable discount. Getting someone on the phone to help is near impossible. The chat function is way too slow and unable to resolve even the simplest tasks. Horrid experience all around.
