Returned trailer same day 7/19 and received a call 7/21 from U-Haul rep stating trailer wasn’t checked back in. Apparently the employee did not check in the trailer. Rep called the location and trailer was checked in but my card was charged for two days not one. Called the rep back and they contacted the location bc again to reverse the over charge. Waiting to see this reflected on my card. Overall poor experience at this location.
