While the attendant was trying hard, her lack of English as a first language made it hard to communicate. The lot was also hard to leave due to it being on a busy intersection during late afternoon

Hazel OTires were bald a not made for snow. Road was plowed even and couldn’t get any grip to get it moving. Stuck twice on a plowed road and had to get someone to haul me out ! Was going to be an hour or more for a tow truck and I was paying movers for the time to wait. Not impressed. So hired someone else to pull me out twice.
Tamra PNot a good location. Not knowledgeable and truck was frozen, covered in snow and I had to use a sledgehammer when I got home to open the cargo door. Location would not give me the key even though I showed her the app. Took pictures of my phone and would not give me the keys to warm up truck. This place is absolutely horrible. Worst experience and half hour to get my truck. Very upset with this rental!!!
