Very helpful staff On pickup on May 30 the U-Haul system itself was essentially unusable for the staff And it took an hour for us and other clients to get our contracts hopefully a one time event

Got into a disagreement with the fuel gauge reading on this rental truck. Gauge was clearly at 3/4 of a tank. However, U-Haul rep disagreed and stated it was at 7/8 full. Renter beware . Tried calling a couple times before picking up and voicemail kept saying “ no more room for messages “. Mailbox full. I won’t be using this location in the future .
GIUSEPPE IRental truck was very clean! Easy check-in process when I arrived and truck was ready right away. Dropping off and check-out was also handled smoothly. Thank you for the fantastic customer service!
