Excellent service, will definitely come again
John MThis is the first time that I had issues with a rental from UHAUL. The entire trip the noise that the trailer made was ridiculous. It felt that it was going to fall off. The connection on the arm of the trailer was loose and bolts needed to tightened. It felt unsafe on my drive on Sunday and was lucky that I had Tools with me. The location was closed so there was not much I can do. Sorry but this is the first time I rented a trailer like this condition.
ANTONINO FThey closed at 4;45 but say it's 6 pm, and then the scheduling manager, Fatim, has the nerve to tell me I can't switch my rental van and have to rebook a new van. Big scam would never reccomend this company
