We arrived 20 minutes before the store opened. An employee arrived 2 minutes after and opened right away. While we had no problem waiting it was very nice of him to open for us.

Zhonghao LVery helpful staff On pickup on May 30 the U-Haul system itself was essentially unusable for the staff And it took an hour for us and other clients to get our contracts hopefully a one time event
Philip LGot into a disagreement with the fuel gauge reading on this rental truck. Gauge was clearly at 3/4 of a tank. However, U-Haul rep disagreed and stated it was at 7/8 full. Renter beware . Tried calling a couple times before picking up and voicemail kept saying “ no more room for messages “. Mailbox full. I won’t be using this location in the future .
