Suggestion for U-Haul head office. You should add lines in overhead door where the location is for pull out ramps. So last person that is unloading high furniture the can do a quick lookup to confirm ramp location??? It is hard to look down to you feet when your lifting something heavy. Easier to look up to ceiling to confirm

We arrived 20 minutes before the store opened. An employee arrived 2 minutes after and opened right away. While we had no problem waiting it was very nice of him to open for us.

Philip LGot into a disagreement with the fuel gauge reading on this rental truck. Gauge was clearly at 3/4 of a tank. However, U-Haul rep disagreed and stated it was at 7/8 full. Renter beware . Tried calling a couple times before picking up and voicemail kept saying “ no more room for messages “. Mailbox full. I won’t be using this location in the future .
