ODETTE GBetter customer service. The guy at pickup could clearly care less about being there and had his earbuds in. Then, when we dropped the truck off at the same location, we waited forever for someone to come check us out. When we eventually had to go to the front cashier, they couldn't care less about us and were more concerned about having random conversations with each other, and we waited even longer. Also, when the first guy went to get the keys for us, he realised that the keys had been left in the truck from the previous person lol like WOW, great service.
