I dropped the van after hours. The next business I was charged an extra $25 because I drove an extra mile (31 miles vice 30 miles allowed) and for 6 gallons of gas even though I put 3 gallons of gas before dropping off the van. So I drove 31 miles and the van needed 9 gallons of gas. That just doesn't sound right to me.
Albert RI kept getting random texts/emails after the U-Haul was dropped off. That was weird.

KEVIN SI rent from this facility 3 times a year for 2 week rentals. My latest rental was not good - cruise control broken which meant I had to drive 1200 miles with no cruise control, A/C would not stay on or come on at all and heat didn't work properly.
