Patricia MAll the pricing for a U-Haul is very different one location was 80 and we paid 200. That’s a lot here at Christmas. The U-Haul didn’t like park. It didn’t have a parking indicator light that worked and it didn’t like shifting to park. That’s going to be an issue in the future especially if transmission related.
Amber MThe location was fine, I just had to use the app to pick up and drop off and that was frustrating. Uhaul also changed me to this location 24hrs before pickup and I had to make 5 separate calls to get them to comp me for the extra mileage this caused. This location=fine, uhaul=not great. Unfortunately, I live in rural VA and didn't have many options... womp womp.

Antoinette MYou all gave me fifty two miles to use for moving— I picked it up in Strasburg and dropped it off in New Market— which are 38 miles apart… leaving me 14 miles to use to move… and then charged me an additional $1/mile? Also— your trucks say $19.95/day but, I was somehow charge $124.00/day— which again only included 52 miles. You all are the WORST.

michelle wEverything went fine. Paperwork was easy. The trucks outside had some damage, but it was nothing that interfered with the operation of the vehicle.
Pam Sonline check in was way more difficult than expected location needs to be fixed, it wouldn't accept my location and I ended up having to call back to do it over the phone
Marshall DI was charged on my final receipt for a dent in the U-Haul truck, nobody called and asked if I did it. The guy just charged me without any explanation. I didn’t make any dent in the truck they took it right out of my bank. I went back down to where I dropped the truck off and he said the manger told him. No phone call to me just charged me. Terrible customer service.

Mustapha RI chose to pickup in Woodstock but once I arrived it told me I was in the wrong location. Once I got to the location, my location through the app was not syncing therefore I had to check in through the website.

Orlando PI noticed a $25 insurance fee. I know I clicked on No thanks and didn;t need additional insurance as NJM will cover me. How can I get the $25+tax refunded. As for recommending U-Haul to friends depends on your response to the refunded. thank you.

Sharon hGreat service from this place! I've rented a number of times from this location. The equipment was not dirty, but you could tell I had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. Since I left it cleaner than I when I picked it up, it wasn't exactly a pristine, I suppose. It was certainly clean enough to drive in and to move things without getting ourselves or the objects dirty. One issue, and it's not with the location, but the equipment, is that the 10-ft truck has a very small driver cockpit, both for your feet and in leg length. I'm 6 ft 2 in, 220 lb, so anybody bigger than me might want to think about a bigger truck, or at least sit in one before you take any sort of long trip, to be sure. I can't imagine driving any longer than a couple of hours in that cockpit. Regarding the survey questions, as in was this location excellent, above average, or average, I think that's pretty unfair, because most U-Haul locations are pretty well kept. So an average marking denigrating a score by less than an appropriate number of stars is not reflective of the language of the question. Thank you for being there, U-Haul!

Matthew CI have no complaints. Even with the online system down this time, there was no delay with getting me in a truck and on my way. Rented trucks from this location several times. Rented a cargo van once as well! All good!
Steven JUhaul not available at time of my reservation. Uhaul dirty inside upon pickup and I returned clean and was charged a cleaning fee after the fact. I returned Uhaul early and more gas than received. Customer service was terrible. Don’t recommend Uhaul.
