I rented a 15' truck. The truck was filthy inside and out. I cleaned the windshield and it still had stuff all over it. Inside cab and back were dusty and dirty. The stirring on the truck was loose feeling it wandered when driving. At highway speeds it made a weird whirling sound that sounded like it was coming from the engine. I realize that these truck drink gas......but this truck drank a lot of gas......and I did not push it. Transmission down shifted several times for no apparent reason.....maybe I was expecting to much?David A.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was nearly 90 degrees. The heat from the engine burnt my foot. The agent was very friendly and helpful.RICKY C.

There was an electrical problem. The wires were jiggled to get them to work. I guess nothing else could be done but I would think there would be a check out before I arrived. There was at least one wire that had a cut and it exposed the wire underneath. I informed the destination company of the issue. The trailer was clean.John F.

The whole online checking was complicated. When signing up it wasn't clear that there would be a lockbox, etc. also that location services needed to be turned on my phone. Because it was not, the app didn't tell me what was wrong. I had to call support. Good intentions but it needed to be clearer. Otherwise all good.Stephen F.
Overall really good. Lady working behind counter seemed a little distracted. No employee wearing protective mask. I would recommend that they do if the reason for the mask is to protect others from you then mask should definitely be worn by all customer service representative as a sign of respect to the customer especially when they are concernedRonald M.

The truck was not cleaned very well and in this time of Coronavirus pandemic I imagine was not disinfected as it should have been. The cost of a 19.95 rental for 5 hours reaching over 164.00 was the final straw, would not be using this service again.David B.

Since nobody told me anything about the drop-off process, thank goodness there were some instructions on the Dropbox for the key, otherwise I wouldn't have known that I needed to check out on the website first before dropping my key in the slot! I can only imagine the problems this would have caused, had I simply dropped off the key and not done the online checkout process. And even then, I didn't know I was going to have to take pictures, so the quality of the pictures I took at night probably are not very good. but at least this drop-off location looked like it belonged to U-Haul, and not to some random gas station.Colleen D.
Front desk clerk was amazing and professional! She showed me exactly what to do when returning the keys after closing and even brought the dolly out for me! The trucks were not properly maintained service engine lights were on in the vehicles, whenbyou went a certain speed the front end would shake. Power steering fluid poured out of one of the trucks we rented. Very dissatisfied with the service of uhaulPaula D.
