Friendly, courteous, efficient personnel. The cargo van was the perfect size to transport a queen-size four post bed frame. For me, the van is much easier to handle and is really roomy inside. Cargo area it seemed to be about half of the 10' truck. Didn't try to connect my phone via Bluetooth so I carry a tiny Bluetooth speaker with me to listen to a book. It also has two 12v plugs (cigarette lighter for you old schoolers) so I could also take my Garmin GPS with me. It's more accurate than the one on my phone. If I was going for more than one day, I might've even taken my 12v rice cooker to heat up some healthy leftovers. All in all, it was a great cargo rental experience.

Allan SThe truck had a bad battery I had to crawl roadside assistance twice the first time they jumped it but the charge didn't hold the second time a different company came out and replaced the battery resulting in much downtown for my move.
