I have rented from this location before and can't say anything bad but I was charges $350 for a replacement key in which the key ring was broken off when I returned the van. I did have the extra insurance and never inspected this key when I retrieved it from the lock box. It was 16 degrees and frozen and the buttons did not work until it warmed up . Once I got the door to open, I put the key in my pocket for the rest of the day. I've never had a key ring break off and suspect that it was already cracked. I will be renting from this location again but It's very disappointing to be charged an extra $350 for a broken key ring.. Reservation 10831097. Thank you. David Mellen
