This place was chosen as they would be an OPEN location for DROP OFF. They were NOT. There was absolutely ZERO space to return a vehicle. NO SPACE. Luckly I have experience driving a tow truck and I can maneuver into tight spots. So I was just able to squeeze this 10' truck into a 12' opening. Besides the location, the way you have the UHaul APP to drop off was VERY confusing. Not easy to navigate. It is actually a sticky point that would make us NOT rent again. If you want to have drop off locations like this, you should make it easier for people to drop off and to use your APP. If my wife did not have a Smart Phone we could not have returned the truck.
