Best place ever. And I have rented trucks before. The wonderful lady was so helpful and tended to my needs the place was convenient trucks were great. I will never try to rent a truck anywhere else. All I can say they were amazing!!!!!!

Gate locked could not return truck charged extra day
RAYMOND CI had a lovely experience dealing with U-Haul at this location! The owner was so sweet and understanding. There was a terrible rain storm the day I rented the truck so I couldn’t move. She was very considerate of that and allowed us to keep the truck another day for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend that location.

MICHELLE HOn the scheduled day of my move, my hired help cancelled on me 2 1/2 hours after our start time. I had to call movinghelp.com to get new moving help, which took awhile. Needless to say, after all of this we didn't actually start our loading until almost 5 hours late, which also meant that my truck return time was affected greatly. But Wendy was EXTREMELY kind, compassionate, and understanding of my situation, and was able to extend my rental period significantly, without additional charge. She had even offered a recommendation for last minute movers. I cannot tell you how grateful and appreciative I am that in one of my worst moving experiences ever, Wendy and this U-Haul location had my back. Thanks Wendy!
