Make sure it’s not sunken and frozen into the ground before a customer is due to rent the truck. We had to dig around the tires with my ice scraper as the truck wouldn’t move. We were on a tight schedule and this was not something we needed to deal with. The gas was not filled a quarter tank either but yet when we returned it with the same amount of gas my credit card got charged for the extra gas. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Don’t recommend to pick up from this location if there’s been snow in the area
JAPHEAL AHad to dig the trailer out of snow bank. Two feet of snow on top of trailer. If I didn’t have 4x4 I would have been stuck. After cleaned off trailer it worked good. Straps and tie down ratchets were frozen but useable.
JASON MUNSAFE!! UHAUL'S COMPANY POLICY OF NO SNOWBRUSHES IS PUTTING CUSTOMERS IN DANGER IN WINTER. I can't believe that you endanger your clients in this way. In a bad storm in Canada and the northern US it is often necessary to clear the windows several times a day. This is totally irresponsible. Now this is not the local office doing this - it's the entire company. SHAME ON YOU.
