The drop off location was after hours, but I had used them before and everything was very well organized and setup for easy drop off.

Location was switched last minute with very little notice. Customer at original location was EXTREMELY rude when called to asked about swith. New location one had one person working that made wait time really long. WORST experience
KALROY MNo signage as to where the building was or where the lock box was in the app extremely hard to find the van it was parked on the side of the highway , given to us with less gas than the contract stated
Nicholas WThe location was in a furniture store and not very convenient. The 6x12 trailer had a dented door that was very hard to close, the roof leaked and we had a tire blow out on I-10 in the pouring down rain, which was very scary. We sat on the side of the interstate for two hours until the service tech arrived and changed the tire, and one other that was not in good shape. Not a fun experience moving from South Florida to New Mexico.
