Make sure U-Haul is actually empty... found the top of a treadmill before even starting the truck. Man at the desk was intrusive and had a bad attitude for working a customer service job.

Rodney BDelayed well over 1 hour because U-Haul Computer system was either off-line or was in the middle of a software upgrade. Hey U-Haul Corporate, Do SW upgrades at night. The guy at the location calmly worked the problem with a good attitude, but Bug U-Haul let me down wasted a lot of my time. Grrrr
