The customer service agent that attended to us was very impolite, curt, lacked professionalism and didn’t even help us load the trailer onto our vehicle. In contrast, when we dropped it off, it was just the opposite. The service was excellent. The gentleman was quite friendly inquired about our trip and overall was extremely helpful.
