Many people made mistakes on my reservation that lead to me not getting the reservation I originally ordered. This location did not have the furniture pads and was much further than my requested pickup location. My entire uhaul experience was a major inconvenience and the customer service provided was absolutely terrible. The only good part was when I got a partial refund for the discrepancy which I had to compromise the person about. The issues had nothing to do with what I did and was a series of clerical errors of multiple uhaul representatives. Ultimately, my issues came from people in the Fargo ND corporate office.
