When I went inside to the desk and talked with a clerk, they said to go outside and do the online check out. When I went outside to do the online check out, it would not let me. I called U-Haul three times and each time was transfered to a wrong person. On the fourth try I told the U-Haul clerk to please stay on the line until all was taken care of. I had to go inside the motel and do the check out through them. It took us an hour to get the truck.
