KIRTIS BThe parking lot most ant surface are to drive on is unfit. A few lodes of the right stone a slight grade adjustment and problems solved. It's worth it. This buissness has a lot of clear pride. Small changes can be better that major ones. It's I think my best experience. Yet other placed have great atmosphere. And lack something unique also.

ALAN SThe U haul in North bay on hwy 11 north was useless. I booked a 26 ft truck for a move and 3 weeks late I am told they only have a 10 foot unit for a 4 bedroom house ! They could not help me out. The main office x Ottawa was a total waste of time. They kept calling me asking what they could do to help and i kept saying find me a truck. I called to Uhaul in Sudbury and dealt with Don or John. He was a very helpful and i ended up getting a 26 ft truck for doing the move. He was very nice to deal with but the rest of U Haul was useless. Terry Bond
