To have a proper phone number of the location where I picked up the U-Haul I could not get a hold of them with the phone number on the contract as I ended up in the hospital had to keep the truck an extra 2 days... I could not get a hold of anyone

Brought the trailer back 2 days early, should get a refund back..
DANIEL CThe app didn’t work. The customer service rep didn’t understand what was going on. When we finally arrived the place didn’t have the mattress bag I was charged for. The guy at the desk was also very rude and super uninterested in actually helping or talking to me and kept ignoring me and answered a phone call mid conversation. Then the truck had garbage in it. The ride itself was fine but it was an hour of time at the top of moving day that truly shouldn’t have needed to happen.
Morgan CThe guy who works there has zero customer service qualifications. Dirty and smelled bad with foul body odor! Hard east Indian accent and not to welcoming. The store was disgusting filthy and smelled. The guy looks and smells like he needs a shower.
Craig HI found 2 phone numbers for Tommy’s car wash and neither worked. I ended up contacting them through the app and they responded. It made me nervous that their phone number was disconnected. Thankfully everything worked out well.
