Poor customer service. The front desk person didn’t want to accept the return because it was a Saturday. After I insisted she finally decided to take the trailer.

DAVID KTrailer was not at desired location. Had to drive 45 minutes each way. Then they did not have hand truck or blankets I reserved. Had to drive to a different location to get those. Everyone was friendly. But it took 2 hours instead of 15 minutes. Drop off was smooth in RVC. NY
