This location was fine. But my original appointment was at 9 am at another location. It was horrible dirty junky and Noone was there and they didnt have my equipment I have a reservation for. So the uhaul rep sent me 20 min in the opisite direction to pick up my equipment. I think I should have been compensated for my time and missed appointment. I have been using uhaul for many years and this was disappointing.none of this was at my faught my rental fees should have been on the management of the location that couldn't show up for work on Saturday morning.

JAMES RIt didn't effect me but one task of the appliance dolly was missing. Showed them when I returned it they said it would be flagged. Very personal and extremely friendly. Wish I had met them sooner. For valuable insight to some rental companies that are out there
