The equipment we were supposed to get was buried in over a foot of snow and you could not even get into the parking lot to get it. He just cancelled the reservation. We then saw that he had another trailer in a different parking lot that we were able to get to it. My husband had to go in and ask about it. He did a different reservation and messed up our return date. Luckily the return location was awesome.

dan sI wasn’t able to take the rental as the light pins did not match on my truck. I tried to purchase the kit but no one in town had it. I couldn’t find another truck with the lights either. Otherwise I thought the price and customer service was excellent.
