WINSTON ENobody was available to assist my wife with trailer drop-off. Eventually, someone from a neighboring business was called and able to help take the trailer off the hitch. That shouldn't be a customer's responsibility, but at part-time rental sites this seems to be the new norm at some (two of the three used in this area for six rentals over the past 6 months).
