I booked the rental four days in advance, but when I arrived at the pickup location four days later, the truck wasn't there; they didn't have it. I had to go get another one 45 minutes away from the pickup site. They gave me a small discount, but my move was unsuccessful because of this. Please, if anyone rents a truck from you, make sure you are actually prepared.
