Way too expensive. The person who helped me rented me the largest truck they had; I told them I only needed to move a mattress, but they said that was the only one available for a few hours. I ended up accepting because I had no other choice. The truck was incredibly noisy. Upon my return, I saw smaller vehicles parked in the same spot, which makes me think they rented me the big one just to charge me more. I definitely don't recommend it and won't rent from them again—at least not at this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrucks had garbage in them; the flies in the business and the vehicles was unacceptable, very very dirty waiting area, old water/ soda bottles under the seats, old receipts from other renters, dusty & grimy inside the cab of the truck. Staff very aggressive and difficult, not able to discuss problems. Problems were not addressed.

frederick dWe had booked this for a closer location (same as drop off) and someone called and said we had to pick up here. It’s about a 45 minute drive. We then asked to pick it up early and that was OK. We booked for 2 days and the agent only put in 1 day. We were in a hurry and assumed (incorrectly that it was still 2 days). We also requested and paid for a furniture dolly which was forgotten and we had to drive 45 minutes again to pick up (again not a big issue). We paid for extra kilometres (about 70) and our move was only 7km. We paid to pick up the truck farther away when it was shown as available when we booked it originally. Overall OK experience.
