Lockharts is a service station so really not very clean, just by nature. I would not hold that against the business. Lockharts was not open when we returned the trailer but we found lots of place to park and took pictures. It was not an issue when we went in the next day.

It was not a clean location.
Troy CBe sure to photograph the fuel gauge before leaving at this location. Owner claimed that there was more fuel than there actually was. Although I put the fuel gauge back to its original setting and showed him my fuel receipt, ($20 in fuel for 44 miles of driving) the owner made me pay an additional charge of $15. I felt that this was unfair and an attempt to squeeze me for extra money. Not a customer friendly location just a buyer beware drop off / pick up point.
