Gharib NWe reserved a 10 foot uhaul truck and was then informed the day before our pickup that a 10 ft was not available and we would get a 15 foot. Which was much to large for what we needed it for. In my mind if a certain size is available to rent from a certain location thats what u should receive. No negative reflection on the people at the pickup location just the uhaul equipment availability.
Julie DCleanest truck I've ever rented. Friendly staff and location has a huge parking lot that makes it easy to return equipment.
