Yes the service reps went over and beyond the call of customer service when they have reached out and found my personal items left in the truck. I really appreciate it. Kudos to the warm staff at that location.

CHRISTOPHER OThe multiple problems I had with this move were not related to this location whatsoever!! The people at this location were more than willing to help me - even when the corporate portion of this move was messed up from the start!! Do too multiple "system glitches" (I'll through the Penalty Flag on this one - the computer system ONLY does what the clown on the other end of a keyboard tells it!!)
